Carols of Chaos #1
Jamie’s Christmas - Being a Sparringtonised Version of “Snoopy’s Chirstmas.”

The news had come out - the Englishmen swore,
That Captain Jack Sparrow, was sailing once more,
The Navy went straight to, the best of its men,
And called our Jamie, to do it again.
It was the night before Christmas, forty below,
When Jamie went out, in search of his foe,
He spied Captain Sparrow, and fiercely they fought,
With his rudder chain cut, Jamie knew he was caught.
Christmas bells, those Christmas bells,
Ring out from the land
Asking peace of all the world
And good will to man
The Captain had Jamie, dead in his sights,
He reached for his canons, to pull it up tight,
Why he didn’t shoot, well, I think we know, *winks*
Or was it the bells from the village below?
*Nah.*
Christmas bells, those Christmas bells,
Ringing through the land,
Bringing peace to all the world,
And good will to man.
Sparrow boarded the Dauntless, said “Now she’s mine,”
Commandeered Jamie’s cabin, and grinned the whole time.
Jamie was certain, that this was the end,
When the Captain cried out, “Merry Christmas, my friend.”
The Captain then offered a holiday toast,
And Jamie our hero, saluted his host,
Then, with more rum, for which Jack didn’t pay,
They promised to meet, the very next day.
Christmas bells, those Christmas bells,
Ringing through the land,
Bringing peace to all the world,
And good will to man.
