G-rated drabble.  Implied Sparrington, if you have a magnifying glass handy.  Implied Pearl/Dauntless if you have a microscope, or if your brain is wired similarly to mine.


54. Storm drabble

He can feel the storm in his veins, despite the clear skies.  His Pearl can survive it, but the Dauntless is chasing them, and she can’t.  So he runs.
They reach the lagoon in time, the Dauntless gliding in as the storm breaks over them.

In the last week or so I had so much trouble and didn't read PotC fanfic, somehow my flist was part of the to-do-list and not the fun and something-I-don't-need-to-do, but now after reading that drabble - short and Pearl/Dauntless, so I just needed to have a look , I feel the pirates love again.
