In which Jack comes back five minutes later and abducts Ianto.

Ianto straightens one last stack of paper and regards the hub with satisfaction.  It’s spotless, all traces of the recent miniature windstorm erased.  His contemplation is interrupted by the reappearance of said windstorm, complete with weird sound effects and random blue box.  The hub needs tidying again, of course, but that’s far from unusual.
Unusual is Captain Jack Harkness darting out of aforementioned blue box, happier than Ianto’s ever seen him with a man in pinstripes attached to one hand, catching Ianto with his other hand and dragging him back inside. 
The inside is bigger than the outside, apparently, but he refrains from commenting.  He suspects they already know that.
Jack introduces them in fast forward, bouncing and enthusiastic, evidence of what Ianto will later identify as ‘Far too much Time Spent with the Doctor’ written in his every act and gesture:  “Doctor – Ianto Jones.  Evil sense of humour, organisational genius, best coffee maker this side of Barcelona.  The other Barcelona, that is – not the one on Earth or the one without noses.  Doesn’t give up on people even when they deserve it, teases me about harassment.  Looks just as good out of the suit as in it.
Ianto, this is the Doctor.  Hyperactive time-travelling alien, compulsive world-saver, probably insane, likes bananas.  Something to do with potassium.  Hopelessly bad at goodbyes – worse than me, even – but he makes up for it.  Can’t seem to help loving people, objects to his sonic screwdriver being called a phallic symbol.
Now – anyone for a threesome?”
Ianto’s eyes laugh at him from a perfectly neutral expression.  “That’s harassment, sir.”
Jack pouts.
The Doctor grins.  “Ianto Jones, I like you.”

*grin* Should indeed. Actually, I wouldn't be surprised if Jack times his return so the team doesn't even know he's gone. Gwen will be there, trying to work out what that noise was, and Jack will wander in, ask what she's looking for, and quietly erase any inconvenient security footage while she's busy explaining.
